Another- Wow what a watch..what is it?

So gents just came across another nice wristy this time on the dirty old man Michael Douglas ... at time 00:53 Sec. Its only visible for less than a second so bare with me .. any input would be appreciated. i cant figure out what it is.

Hard to tell..maybe 44-46...of course It could be bigger.
