giobo Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 I am doing just the same but i started with the crown-tube..Then the insert and hopefully i will get either a gen crystal or the new Clark..I believe the TW crystal is great but the clark i have now makes a good crystal height+rehaut depth combo..
irolexu Posted December 13, 2011 Author Report Posted December 13, 2011 I may even source genuine SEL end links with gen style bars to really make this watch go the extra mile but again price is the big factor here. that 4 piece gen combo is really gonna make the TW a home run...even though I wish it was on a WM9...I almost sold my TW to fund a WM9 but then again..is a TW not basically a V1?

Don't worry wm9 have also flaws..The TW is a great combo and i have compared mine (of course it is not stock) with wm9 ones and the quality of it is great!! I have red BK's post saying that the crown position of TW is the same with wm9 v2

I want to order a tw best sub but not sure if I should pay the extra for the pearl re lume before he ships or leave it and wait for a gen insert later in time? Cheers Ry
irolexu Posted January 10, 2012 Author Report Posted January 10, 2012 Gen insert is the way to go cause IMHO the pearl is the quickest tell or if you want a cheaper route you can get nice afternarket pearls from eBay supplier watch material I believe someone can chime in if they know what I'm referring to.
