Sunken dial on Great White

I just picked up a used MBW great white on a trade. I will post pics as soon as I can but the dial appears "sunk" on the left at 9 o'clock. At first, I thought the plexiglas was playing tricks on me. But it's definitely lopsided.

Is this an easy fix?

maybe missing a movement tab? if so, easy fix. but make sure there is no movement tab floating around in there!
