Bryce86
Do any good-uns exist?
Adeodatus
You'll need to be more specific on the model and even year, but in any case I believe there are no correct reps for vintage timepieces. The factories are focused on more current high-end models, due to request and gen watches/parts availability. Vintage watches are sold for low(er) prices and I believe you'll be able to buy a very nice gen from a dealer even on ebay for a very reasonable price. japanic
He may be referring the the vintage line that IWC currently has in production for the ingy, portofino and portuguese.
Adeodatus
hmm... maybe. I actually haven't thought of that. If his after the vintage collection, I don't think there are any good reps. Trusty has some on his site and even some other dealers, but they are not accurate. Am I wrong, japanic?
japanic
There are reps of the new portofino, which are a good first attempt; the chrono version is A21 jewel driven, so that is a dealbreaker for me. The portofino non-chrono from Josh in rose gold is actually decent and has an ETA 2824, but a stainless steel caseback without the proper ingraving... No reps of the vintage ingy or portuguese as far as I know. A shame I absolutely love that vintage ingy.
Bryce86
Yep, Japanic is right - Im referring to the 2008onwards Vintage that they have produced to celebrate so many years of IWC. Particularly looking for the Aquatimer.
