What kind of movement is this?

So I have a watch I havent used in years. Started up in seconds of being on my wrist, has a date function, seconds at 5 (??), and a day/night indicator. Not sure what movement it is - could someone more experienced help? This is the watch:

I've no idea who actually makes it, but it's a type that shows up in hundreds of lower end reps, it seems to have a massive array of different 'complications' available for it.. different date displays, faux chrono hands, moon phase etc.. I had several watches with it in the early days of rep collecting
