Panerai 40mm where can I find one?

Hi, can anyone steer me in the right direction... I looking for a 40mm Panerai Marina Automatic - PAM00050, 00048, 00333, 00298.

I'm sick of buying them online, after checking availablity only to be shipped a 44mm model

I sent a mail to SilixPrime 2 days ago, cause there's several 40 / 42 mm PAMs on his website, but there are some mistakes on the descriptions.

Michelle (from Silix staff) told me that the only 40mm PAM they are selling is this one :
