need help with hole punch for strap

I bought this beautiful strap and I cannot find anyone near me that has the elongated hole punch needed to do the sizing for me. Anyone have any ideas I tried all the shore repair shops near me.

You can buy these elongated hole punches  from sellers on Ebay. they have various sizes, need to find out what size you need for the correct punch. I'm sure someone on the forum can chime in and tell you what you need.
