redwatch Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 Mine has a gen crown & tube on it, so I can't speak to that particular issue. Do you feel comfortable removing the existing crown and stem yourself? You could do a quick test by removing the existing one and then very carefully try screwing in the gen (without any stem on it) to see how it goes. I just was looking for foresite as to what kind of project i'm in for. One for me or my watrchmaker. Did your gen tube fit well with DW's case?
