turnerdhr
Hi Guys, i'm pretty frustrated now. My bezel has cracked in multiple places - @11, 2, 4 and 6. Where could i buy a replacement bezel? I didn't think these bezels were so weak and flimsy. PLEASE ADVICE.
Logan
Proof once again that ceramic is a crap material to make watch parts from.. it's very hard but brittle so any impact cracks it. Given the number of cracks and the location it does make me thing that the screws might have been over tightened.
greekgod
I am sure your AD could send u a replacement easily. My crown guard came off and Andrew offered to send me a new one. If you bought it from Andrew , Josh or Angus .. U should be fine.. Also try Kings, Connie I believe is quite good with parts... Btw mate what strap is that?? and would you tell me where/how much you got it for?
Watchmeister
That usually occurs when over tightening the screws. It happened to me on more than one Hublot with ceramic bezel. What others folks have said is true. Ceramic is often an inferior material for watch purposes.
turnerdhr
Bloody Ceramic.... ! I got the RBII from Connie and she has been kind and consoling in my moments of anger over the quality of the ceramic....! She is checking with the factory today... i hope she can find a replacement for me.... So could i approach Puretime, Watcheden or someone else to just buy the replacement bezel...? who do you think has them in stock? @greekgod: hey dude... it's a AP Bands Alligator strap. greekgod
Thanks mate.. I hope u find ur replacement.... Well I think, and this is very personal opinion and I may be wrong, that its best to try the person who u bought the watch off. I am sure the other dealers could access the bezel easily, would not just do a big favor to you as you did not buy the watch from them and hence did not contribute towards their profits ..lol
theflyingdutchman
Ask Mary or buy the quart version which apparently has the same bezel... ask Narikaa...
