gatorned Posted March 15, 2012 Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 I have recently ordered a new Seiko Ananta watch online through a private seller that appears to be reputable, although, honestly I was not too sure of. Normally, I would have proceeded with caution, however due to certain circumstances, I went ahead and made the purchase anyways. I understand that Paypal would cover my full purchase price. In preparation for the unlikely outcome that I have indeed been mailed a brick, what actions could I take? Would I be able to recover the fees/taxes I would have to pay for customs? Once I do receive the watch, is there anyway I can verify the watch is indeed new and not pre-owned (I guess except by the private seller)?
