Zigmeister has a helper for emails and scheduling so he can be more communicative. Vac has a long track record of excellent work, so just relax and wait for your watch to return to you. Imagine how much mail he gets per day. Hundreds? You would probably rather he work on watches than answer a hundred emails in detail. Right?
