Smaller Pilot reps available?

Are there any smaller (around 36mm) pilot reps or any other smaller IWC reps available? I have a small skinny wrist and the larger watches would look quite ridiculous on my wrist. Thanks!

There is a the MK XVI at 39mm

and i think you can still get the MK XV

Thanks, will go check out how a 39mm watch looks on my wrist but i still think it would look huge.
