Nice idea, but better adding "Rolex" Reps Under $50 into the title of the thread.

Else, for PAMs, there is also the loose lever fix. It does not cost anything other than some mm of electric wire and a little elbow oil.

...good simple improvements...IMHO I think upgrading bezel inserts is one of the more noticeable mods for subs and the like...you can find decent inserts with decent pearls on the bay...I used RaymondLeejewelers'(Fl, US) inserts in the past...they are $17.95/each...just my 0.02

I presume you're talking about parts for mods you can do yourself, as opposed to getting the mod done for $50, right?

Ok, I vote for genuine dials. Not for Rolex reps (please don't call them Ralex, as it makes no sense) obviously, but for the IWCs, Breitlings, etc., you can get bargains if you don't mind lightly used.

My GST has a genuine dial that cost about $50, for instance.
