PO Bracelet clasp wont closed

Hi,

Just received my new PO from 1 of the TD, The clasp cant seem to be closed, it takes alot of effort and tweaking to close it properly..any way to fix this issue?

Make sure the divers extension is correctly in place, if it is then the problem is most like the locking pins inside the clasp too wide, you could try gentle bend them closer with a screwdriver or something, it may help...it's a common problem. Also the mushroom head of the the part that locks in might need levelling off with a file. If no go with that then see if the dealer might be able to forward a replacement, clasp or bracelet.

My one had the same problem. Mushroom head position wasn't correct. Be very gentle with the mushroom by setting it. It can fall out quite easily!
