Bentley 30s, Bentley 6.75 BIG DATE or new Steelfish V2

I am thinking to get my first Breitling and in last days I like white dials.

I am considering those three and which one is better rep?

As I am slowly pilling my reps, I don't want to have those with too many flaws.

I have quite big wrist - almost 8" so I am much into bigger watches.

As far as accuracy goes, I would go with the Steelfish.
