Help - crown broke off my Radiomir

I think I recall this being a common problem but cant find when searched.... My Radiomir Black Seal is broke... the crown has broke off, a tiny spring has popped out and the tube is inside the case.

What are my options please? Is there someone in the UK who can fix reps?
