Help with Omega Constellation

Hi Everyone,

I have a Omega Constellation calibre 564 case No:- 168.010. I am in the middle of cleaning the watch and have noticed the case tube has a slight ding in the outer rim. Looked everywhere for a replacement part or even the part number but can't seem to find it anywhere. Tried Ofrei, Cousins, star time etc etc.

I am also looking for a new set of glod dauphine, luminous hands 80/150/17. I should mention its a pie pan.

Can anybody help, it really would be appreciated
