When my watch arrives, I'm going to send it to watchsmith for mods immediately.

Here is few things Im going to do and I need some advice.

Noob 111N:

- Asian or Swiss swanneck regulated

- Sapphire with NO AR <---- watch already has single AR, removing AR is worth it? try to get close to gen here...advice?

- Cannon pinion polished

- CP flattened and lever mods <------also try to get close to gen..

- Dial and hands vaclumed and touched up

- Relumed dial and hands

- Full movement service

- Y Incabloc mod

- pressure checked for water resistance

Im not trying make rep to gen............... just want to make good looking enjoyable pam111,

so if there is something I dont need to do or I need to add something let me know...Thanks!

My advise

Asian movement

Don't touch the crystal

Don't touch the Lume

Cp should come already flattened and polished

Have the movement serviced not just regulated

Get the y incablock mod

Get it waterproofed

The watch otb does not need most of the mods you are taking about

Nothing needs to be done on a Noob 111N, bar maybe Y-Inca groove and polishing the CP. The latter is also optional anyway as the latest batches of CDG mov'ts from the Noob maker already come with slightly flatter and polished CP.

No mov't service is required out of the box, no waterproofing either as 99% of these will be waterproofed from the factory for 50m or more. Lume is already as good and as close it will ever be to a sandwich dial gen.

Y-mod on Incabloc or not, the mov't still looks rep, and easy pick for the ones in the know, the number of which is growing by the week.

Get it, strap it to your wrist and enjoy the ride.

I agree with Babola

Some of your mods I touched on I understand why people would do, others made no sense for this watch

But best thing to do is keep this one as is and mod another watch

Buy a nice leather strap though (not a rep leather strap)

The rubber strap is good but it is better to have an option or two

Buy a good screwdriver for easy strap changes too

Thanks guys!

Im still waiting for the shipment!

Im just going to do:

- Full movement service <-- first thing I really want to do, want to use it for 3-5years lol

- CP flattened and lever mods <-- I got my QC pics.. I am not really satisfied with CP....

- Dial and hands touched up and cleaned up if they are dirty or if necessary

- Y Incabloc mod

- waterproof check
