SimonLee Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 I really hate it when the dealer cannot deliver the watch you want and hesitant about the refund. Actually it should not be that hard. Just set up a Paypal account and they should be able to refund through Paypal. It is just that they dont want to do the refund.I get worse case, you can really ask the credit card company to re debit the Vendor as they never deliver the good. I will leave that as last option.
