pizzanooo Posted May 31, 2012 Report Share Posted May 31, 2012 After some time looking around for a Panda (racing?) dial Daytona with some twists I finally settled on one and ordered from Silix. First time in years I have ordered from them, semi-recent new owners and other changes I`m sure but they had the best price hands down. Other dealers had this one around $288, Silix, $208. Fast communication and qc pics also. First impressions are, I LIKE it. Just what reps are all about, low cost for a nice bang on the wrist. Almost went with the matt pvd version finish for the watch but those were not dark enough black ( think pencil finish on Panerai), I wanted a black bezel like the vintage Newman models had and this has it. Have gone back & forth on changing the pushers & crown to steel, but for now it stays. Also maybe the sub hands changed out for reds.
