I had a bad experience with PayPal, and I was the buyer in this case, purchased a pair of shoes on the internet, ECCO, it was a discontinued hard to find, to make it short, the website looked very american but I got an email from a chinese guy saying he did not have the shoe, choose something else, I said no, please send refund, the guy said no refund, choose something else, I opened a dispute, the guy sent a tracking number to PayPal with the same zip code showing delivered, well never to me, I checked and the ship to address was not mine, looked for the address and of course they denied receiving it, the only thing is that PayPal refused to hear me and put the case as closed, I tried to have them looking on my case again, sent the address shipped that did not match with the invoice, but I ended up giving up after two months trying and been ignored.
