What currency to pay for rep in Shenzhen?

Hi

In a middle of a business trip in Hong Kong, one day to kill, so I figured out I could visit Shenzhen.

I couldn't find the answer so I am asking, even if that sounds stupid, what currency can I use to pay in Shenzen. Would they require Remnibi? Hong Kong dollars? Or can I pay with USD or Euros?

Preferred is the local money, they accept any currency but perhaps you won´t like their exchange rate..
