Removing bezel from GMT IIc

Is anyone familiar with the bezel construction of a GMT IIc? Is there a spring which can be adjusted to fix the bezel "play" ? I tried removing the bezel, but it doesent want to come off, I did not want to apply too much pressure to damage anything.

Is the GMT IIc rep bezel construction the same as on a GMT Master?

This is the construction of a GEN GMT IIc bezel assembly.

Looks like it doesent have a "click spring" anymore, but has a more complicated construction. Interesting if the rep has something close to this?
