second hand fell out

Hi, I have an omega PO 42mm, I was winding the watch by swinging it, and afterwards, I saw that the second hand had fallen off. Is this a quick fix? Also do most watch shops at the mall repair fake watches?

Yes it's a quick fix for someone with a basic knowledge and tools... unless the hand is broken but it's very unlikely
