gt rider Posted August 2, 2012 Report Posted August 2, 2012 I have an old Submariner that was picked up overseas a while back. Unfortunetaly the gold is wearing off unevenly (painted) and I'm hoping to swap the bracelet for a leather one and use the watch as a beater. The problem is that I have lost the pearl at the top of the bezel. What is the cheapest way for me to install a new pearl (or bezel)? It was cheap so I don't want to spend much fixing it but I would like it fixed either way. Any thoughts? Thanks!
woof* Posted August 2, 2012 Report Posted August 2, 2012 This is the best and only good option unless you buy a genuine pearl. http://www.watchmaterial.com/viewitem.asp?idProduct=1801 1
gt rider Posted August 7, 2012 Author Report Posted August 7, 2012 Does anyone know another way? I have seen some cheapie rolex-type watches that seem to have a pearl for about 4-5$. Does anyone know if they are removable+compatible?
