Out of all the brands of gen parts I've sourced and attempted to source I find Tag heuer parts to be among the most difficult. Can you point us in the right direction. I've tried that route with a gen Link Chronometer (WT5110) That didn't work well for me. janeto72 Posted August 9, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2012 Here's what happened to me....i scratched the original see thru case back .I took the watch to my dealer while under warranty.They kept the watch for two weeks and told me to come pick it up.I got a new caseback and the old one back...no charge. I now put a tiny chip in the crystal bevel edge which is hard to see....but no waranty now.....I am afraid to ask what a new crystal will cost........
