DC1971 Posted August 9, 2012 Report Share Posted August 9, 2012 I just received a Mark XVI from one of the TD this week and the watch is running about 10 secs slow per hour. Is it a straightforward thing to open up the caseback and adjust it by trial and error? I don't need the watch to be running perfectly on time but losing 10 secs per hour adds up to quite alot. I have contacted someone to do a complete overhaul for me. Rather irritating as the QC pics showed all the timegrapher results to be 'great'. Who to try and contact really depends on where you are located. You should be able to get suggestions if you specify your location (US, etc). Or do a search like 'watch repair US'. I'm based in asia.
