Regarding if the LV's anti reflective coating under the Cyclops:

The only thing we can be 100% sure of is that Rolex have now incorporated the AR coating under the Cyclops on 2 models - the GMT-IIC and the new Sub-C.

I already asked Rolex Cologne (Germany) the same question. They told me that both cyclops available on the 16610 LV and they also can't say the exact date or serial number. I suppose that 50 % of the V-Serial LVs already have the new anti reflective coating

It turns out that Rolex began using the AR coating on the 16610LV beginning with the V7 serial...
