You will need a pin to push the strap bar out though (kind of a two hand job pain if you ask me). The He valve inside is very well built. I'm not really sure if it's functional though but I don't think it would have leaks with it. Unless you are a professional diver (staying inside a diving bell for hours or days) you don't need an He valve EVER.
