drolson
Hi guys, I´m interested in the daytona, but I don´t trust the sec@6 movements at all. If I´m right the sec@9 daytonas aren´t produced anymore, are they? Isn´t any factory interested in pruducing a good rep of the 16520....with the flimsy clasp and a reliable movement??? I´d be all over it, its just so nice looking. The only problem would be the decision between black and white... but maybe I would just take both (with my wife saying and maybe even )

But how are the daytonas with the a 7750 and sec.@9 in general?
irolexu
Well they are more reliable as the 7750 naturally runs at 9 so no extra gears so if you did a COR your gonna have a nice runnin watch.

Thanke you for the answer, that´s the reason why I´m looking for a sec@9... I meant the overall quality of the watch. Regards
jmb
The big thing that kept me from wearing mine was the incorrect subdial spacing. I would have been perfectly happy with it if not for forum inhabitants. If you can find a running seconds at 6 a21j model that might be your best bet as it is thinner and overall comes closer than the fat 7750 models. All that needs to be done is to freeze the sweep hand and you're all set...
