Haven't boaught a watch in over 3 years. Sold everything off. Down to my WM9 LV Sub and this purdy new addition. I dont really have any inclination to own anything else right now. I'm all set for awhile.

Great choice, Luman. Taka datewheel is a worthwhile upgrade for this watch.

Maybe eventually grab a genuine dial if one comes up or source a dial from an older EL48/50C(not entirely correct but pops like OEM) and have it relumed. One like this http://www.repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=180625

Yeah this will be a slow going project. A mod here and there as I come across things. Can't wait to get it tho. Should have it by next weekend. Been wanting a 48 for years and finally sprung for it.

Btw love the Bimmer. I have an e46 330ci 5/mt myself. BMW for life.
