Need some help

I've recently purchased a iwc top gun V3.

And now I am going to try and improve it's little flaws

I try to capture it with a pic. But made with an iphone 5

so not the best possible result here.

There is some play between the strap and the case.

The hole in the strap is wider than the pin that is holding it

onto the case.

Can I solve this by putting a wider pin in?

And what size would I need in width and length?

A thicker springbar might do the trick! The gap is quite normal though!

The springbars feel like they could break any moment when I try to tighten the strap on my wrist.

What length do I need? And what thickness do you recommend?

You need for 21mm lugs

I would suggest at least 2mm thick but you need to check what really fits the lugholes

I like the Seiko Zulu fat springbars. You can get them on ebay. I usually get mine from seller timepiecerepublic.

Do they fit this case?

I don't see why they wouldn't. I bought them for my 3717 on leather which also takes 21mm bars.
