I am working in getting all the parts for a tudor chrono.

Ordered this movement

Today, it arrived, but it is not working.

I get this balance is broken, How can I test this balance ?

I'm freaking upset with this, please help. Thanks.

Hmmmm... That balance does look a bit off kilter... Or it could simply be my eyes....

Yeah, it was off. using antimagnetic tools, I pulled it back in. It is working .
