Lady Datejust

Hello,

I'm building a watch at the moment for christmas. I allready have an ETA2671 movement, sterile dial and hands. Now I'm desperately looking for a case where this movement fits in without a spacer ring.

I really like the look of the Datejust and would like to use such a case. The only thing is that it needs a clear caseback, but the caseback of a Lady Datejust should be big enough to turn a hole in it and fit a crystal in that hole. Could anyone measure the inner diameter of the caseback?

And does anyone know a source for such a case? I allready tried ofrei, startimesupply, raffles, helenarou and ebay but couldn't find any.

I don't want to order a complete Lady Datejust rep from a trusted dealer because shipping to Europe would take maybe more than 1,5 months.
