Quick release for a dummy

So I received my 243 today and I have no experience with this QR business. I'm guessing I just pressing the button with a spring bar tool the press out the pin with the plastic Panerai tool provided. These things make me a little nervous but with a new Kain Shark on the way I want to make sure I do it right .. Thank you

Plastic qr tool separates in half so that you can push on the qr button and lug bar at the same time.

Ahhh it does separate. I was trying earlier to push the QR with the plastic tool but it didn't seem to depress, didn't try very hard mind you. Am I missing something ?

Lay the watch face-down and with your left hand palm holding the watch steady while pressing down on the qr button with the tool and left thumb and fingers, use your right hand and tool to push out the lug bar to the left.
