Any one-stop-shop modders in the EU?

I recently moved to the EU (Ireland), and I'm looking for a one-stop shop modder.. someone who's a pro at drilling lug holes, and maybe even do some crown guard re-shaping and custom date wheel overlays. I assume I'd have to look elsewhere for things like custom bezels and movement rings, but the closer I can get to a do it all modder, the better.

 

Any tips?
