Oakley Time Bomb titanium

Has anybody bought one of these? PureTime has them listed as gen overproduction... Not certain if that is to believed or not but it does look like a nice sport watch. Curious about the general quality? is it really full titanium? does the bracelet look as it will hold up for the long term?

If I remember over at WUS. Someone got stopped at an airport. It was in someone checked luggage and the name threw up red flags. Don't know the all the details.
