Moocowjr
My dssd with an ETA 2836-2 has a small problem with the date wheel. When i set the date with the crown, the date just rolls along and doesn't have that "click". I would have to be very carefull and turn the crown slowly to prevent the date from being off centered. Once i do get it centered, and lock the crown in place, the date gets off centered in the window in a couple of minutes. i was told by a local watch maker that i have a problem with the date jumper. he said it was a simple fix but he can't work on it because company policy doesn't alow them to work on reps. I cant find a reputable watch maker here at all. what should i do? any help would be great. is there wnybody here who can fix this issue?
Rolexman
Your local watchmaker is an ass.... But he is right. A faulty date jumper/ click Send an email to our own watchmaker Vac. He has his own section.
