JLC Navy Seals Cracked Bezel?

For a while I know these pieces were being delivered with the same crack at the 10 marker on the ceramic bezel... A bunch of people received them, I bought it second hand and couldn't ever get it resolved

 

I haven't really wore the piece due to this, even though it's hard to see it really bugged me!

 

What can I do? Who can I send it to , for a new one? I'd like to start wearing it
