Omega 42mm rep - Waterproof

Dear all

I've bought the cheaper version of the 42mm PO off Joshua. I've read about the various issues with the crown / tube, but I'm also interested in the water resistance of the watch.

Can any current owners let me know of their experience of water resistance and also how they use their watch i.e. do they remove for showering, swimming in a pool etc.

Do not think any rep is water resistant before it has been tested by an independant watch smith, alot of battery change places in a mall and do this for you for 10 bucks

I forgot I was wearing a watch and jumped in the pool with my DSSD on. Swam for about an hour before I realized it. No worries.
