PAM 177 noob price difference

In my search to purchase a PAM 177 noob, I found two, one at:

Are these identical watches made by the same watch maker? or is there a difference in quality?

The only difference that I can see between the two is the price.

Any suggestions on who I should order from? 

Also, are there any suggestions or recommendations on ordering from a different dealer?

I'd get from Puretime or Toro. So far, Toro has been the best for me. No hassle on QC etc, straight forward and simple. Support our TD's they have been supporting our forums well, and as to quality difference, don't know. But they say buy the seller, then the watch

After sale from PT has been good. IMO.
