N Factory PAM187G Bezel Number Mod?

Anyone know how hard it would be to re-align a number on the bezel of a N Factory PAM187G?  Are they just glued on, so maybe using a soldering iron to heat it up, and then reapply?

 

Like for instance, if you received this, what could be done to rectify the "5" in "15?"?

 

And please no finger nail cracks, they are not mine...

As I know, these numbers are welded to the bezel, so I don't know which solution to be applied...
