Spoke with Josh and he is looking into how to fix the issue. I hear it is impossible to take the bezel off, so if he sends a new insert....what am i goinig to do? Mike@tommys Posted February 1, 2013 Report Share Posted February 1, 2013 He will probably send a replacement insert and the old one is easy to remove.heat it up with a hair dryer and lift it up with a paper clip or similar from the pearl hole.use hypo cement to glue the new one in ,don't use super glue as if it happens again it will never come of.I've just gone down this road myself and it's a pain in the [censored].If he offers to send one ask for two incase it happens again Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
