Help needed from US/CAD friends (NDT issue)

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to buy a dial from Natalie but seems she's not in the mood to accept international wired nor paypal as I'm not a recurrent customer... so here is my needs: 

 

Someone can buy the dial on my behalf (and pay for it of course) and get it shipped to EU?, I'm willing to paypal U all the cost, fees, etc...

 

Any help would be much appreciated

I have been in contact with nathalie since last summer and they hade a huge payapl issue and paypal took all the money from them!!!
