smc Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 I miss my gen immensely. On the other hand, I don't want to spend the cash on a used gen. Anyone have any tips/pointers as to what I should start with/source? Thx.
bamcky2k Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 in all honesty a used gen is probs the way to go...by the time you buy a gen dial, hands etc...the price would be so close to a gen used one you may aswell save and get the real deal, plus there aint really any good reps of the 300m out there to build it on-he valve position would be wrong, case shop all wrong etc it really would be more trouble than its worth i reckon. keep searching ebay, forums and the like and they do come up, some go for alot less than its blue or black counterparts too...
