SSTEEL
Look closely at your bracelet links, and you will see that on the one side of a few links, a small flat screwdriver head. Using a good quality small screwdriver, unscrew a couple of screws, one at a time, and remove a link, then refitting by reinserting one of the screws. It will become self explanatory as soon as you realise.

SSTEEL
Are you serious? It's easy. Invest in some precision screwdrivers, good quality, and then you can do it yourself for the same cost, plus you will have your first tools for your hobby
icoopernicus
This would have to be a very very bad rep to be called out by a local jewler that is not an AD. If they sell Citizen/Bulova/ESQ/Seiko then they are likely to have never encountered a gen Submariner or have any clue when it comes to identifying a replica. If you're that concerned about damaging the watch, just take it to the jeweler, they'll be glad to take your money. They're right, get a set of precision screwdrivers, not expensive and will really come in handy. (a set of basic jeweler screwdrivers from the hardware store will even do the trick for this task, the smallest size should fit the sub bracelet link pins). Rolex Oyster bracelets, or any with screwed link pins are very easy to change yourself, much easier than any pin and collar or compression pin system.
