Do TD service the watch

I have a question : do you know any TD after they order the watch at the factory will they service it at a watch repair, to clean it and oil it properly before they send the watch to you ?

Many TD's offer to service your purchased rep for a price, but whether they actually do this or not is another question.  There are various threads about this already.

I just realized what was the option " service " when you buy a rep. I thought that was the price of the repair if the watch failed to work
