How do I remove the stem from this Quartz movement?

Hey,

 

Can someone help me figure out how to remove this movement? It's a quartz movement in one of my cheapie reps that I want to swap with another and I can't figure out how to remove the stem. I can't figure out where I need to push or what I need to do to remove.

Got it! Turns out it actually says «push» on the watch but I didn't notice it until I looked at the blown up picture. Thanks!

Yup, PUSH & an arrow as shown in blown up photo below in case anyone else was wondering..
