Gen or rep. Need help

Hey guys.  Looking to purchase this watch.  Some help from the pros.......is this gen?

I would say rep due to a couple of noticable things that look slightly off, one being the chapter ring not lining up 100% correctly.

Thanks for the reply SSTEEL.  Here are some more pics.  Watch comes with box papers and warranty certificates.  Serial number on certificate matches the watch.  Hard to tell on this one. Need opinions guys.
