Anyone know where I can find an aftermarket leather band like this?

I'm more interested in the color and grain of the leather than the Rolex logo on the buckle.

Try asking Donerix 2.0 / Hamilton Leather Works on here - he makes custom straps using a good range of different materials. he might be able to help you out.

There's so many bands on Ebay, it's hard to narrow down this style.

I bought one just like this on EBay a while back. It was actually thrown in with a gen 14k Rolex Buckle. Try Lone Star straps, they have some very nice Alligator and Croc straps Link: http://lonestarwatches.com/index.html? I believe the color and the way it looks are due to age.Certainly not abused, but it definitely isn' new leather
